This year, we are opening the guinguette on Friday, May 30, 2025. We will close the guinguette on September 5 for a final concert.

The Dishes

Here are some of this summer's delicacies (not exhaustive). All dishes are prepared on-site.

FIXED DISHES:

• Eggplant on TRUC

• Salmon on TRUC

• Croque tartufo

• Tomato tart

• Burrata tomato, olive oil

• Plate of bellota ham (paleta)

The Wines

We offer all the wines from the Amuse-Gueules, Tradition, Réserve, and Merlots de Baudet estate. As well as the Bouchales-Merlots, Absolem, and A&A natural wines.

We also offer wines and a few beers that we don't produce ourselves, but always for the pleasure of the taste buds. Natural Sparkling, Armagnac, Folle Blanche.

All wines are available by the glass or bottle. Some bottles are available in magnum and double magnum sizes.

All wines are organic or biodynamic.
