Thank you for participating in this really cool 2025 season!

A small update for the 2026 season, we will be open ONLY ON FRIDAYS.

The first Guinguette will be on May 29, 2026

For those who don't know our open-air café, every Friday night we have live jazz, rockabilly, soul, and other music. In short, there's dancing, singing, food, and drinks, so everything is there for a great evening 😎

The Dishes

Here are some summer treats (not exhaustive). All dishes are prepared on site.

FIXED FLATS:

• Mixed Board

• Cheese board

• Charcuterie board

• Eggplants on TRUC

• Salmon on TRUC

• Croque tartufo

• Tomato tart

• Burrata tomato, olive oil

• Plate of bellota ham (paleta)

Wines

We offer all the wines from the Amuse-Gueules estate: Tradition, Réserve, and Merlots de Baudet. As well as the natural wines Bouchales-Merlots, Absolem, and A&A.

We also offer wines and a few beers that we don't produce ourselves, but always for the pleasure of the palate. Natural sparkling wine, Armagnac, Folle Blanche.

All wines are offered by the glass or by the bottle. Some bottles are available in magnum and double-magnum.

All wines are organic or biodynamic.
