Conference: ANALYSIS OF WINE "QUALITY" THROUGH BIOPHOTON MEASUREMENT - JUNE 14, 2022 at the OLD CHAPEL

The Aquitaine Biodynamic Association is launching a series of conferences: "Encountering Life". 1ST EDITION - JUNE 14, 2022 at the OLD CHAPEL

ANALYSIS OF WINE "QUALITY" THROUGH BIOPHOTON MEASUREMENT PRESENTED BY OLIVIER SALIERES, DIRECTOR OF THE ENERLAB LABORATORY, WHO HAS BEEN WORKING ON THE BIOPHOTONICS OF LIVING ORGANISMS FOR 25 YEARS

Topics covered:

  • Light, energy and information in living things
  • Biophotons: a marker of wine quality
  • The tools for measuring living organisms and the innovative approach of the ENERLAB laboratory...

Two conferences on November 22, 2024 by Aquitaine Biodynamie at the Vieille Chapelle

THE MEMORY OF PLANTS AND THE MEMORY OF HUMANS (morning conference) : The winemaker learns from their vines, with a holistic vision, developing long-term relationships with them. They then pass on their learning, their methods of observation, and their knowledge to their family and friends. One might almost imagine that the vine is inscribed in the winemaker's memory! Certainly enhanced during the creation of wines and shared tastings, this human memory becomes even more complex and enshrined in time. But, like a mirror image, does the vine learn from its environment, its trials, its successes, and its exceptional vintages? Does it learn from the winemaker and inscribe messages in a form of memory?

Jean will present proven, precise and recognized scientific examples, suggesting that plants learn from their surroundings, and remember them! He will also present results suggesting that the vine has a memory, both interannual and over the long term. A record of the winemaker's biodynamic practices, too!

BIOPHOTONS and SOIL REGENERATION (afternoon conference)

"Biophotons, new research, new perspectives":

Measuring biophotons: from soil to wine: are biophotonic values conserved? How can biophotonic values be preserved over time? Olivier will review the latest ENERLAB research findings in 2024.

• Measurement of the vitality of a living organism, the living organisms that emit the most (comparison of seeds, plants, fruits)

• The environment, the land, the vine, the grape and the wine. Explanation of the differences.

• Stress factors that can reduce biophoton emission in a processed product (the example of wine)

• Biophotonic measurements and values of amendments and antifungal products on the market

...and soil regeneration: the symbiotic action of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi associated with bacteria and antifungal treatments for vines.

New research advances by ENERLAB

• Soil regeneration, mycorrhizae and terroir: analyses and new discoveries

• How effective are biostimulants based on mycorrhizal fungi combined with certain bacteria on grapevines?

• Biocontrol based on essential oils and certain polyphenols: is it a solution for the future with regard to soil and vine management?

Biophotons and Microzymas Conference at the Old Chapel

Conference on December 15, 2023 at the Old Chapel

Lecture series at "The Encounter with Life" by the Aquitaine Biodynamic Association on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2023 at the OLD CHAPEL

BIOPHOTONS , New research and perspectives & MICROZYMAS , Antoine Béchamp's theory: another vision of fermentation

Presented by BRIGITTE FAU, Telecom Engineer, author of "Antoine Béchamp, the understanding of life", and OLIVIER SALIERES, electronics engineer, author of "Biophotons: light, information and the science of life".

This day of conferences will be divided into two parts. In the morning, Brigitte Fau will present on microzymas. In the afternoon, Olivier Salieres will discuss the latest research and discoveries concerning biophotons and the fourth state of water.

"Antoine Béchamp's theory: another vision of ferment:

What is "truly alive in the yolk"? It contains numerous nano-organisms, passed down through generations and capable of fermentation and profound chemical transformations. Antoine Béchamp (1816-1908) discovered these tiny ferments, or "Microzymas," which he studied extensively; they are the vital element at the basis of all living matter, and without which no matter could be alive. This booklet describes Antoine Béchamp's approach and perspicacity in understanding life, through tenacious and meticulous research and constant questioning, from the discovery of these seemingly insignificant "tiny bodies" that turned out to be essential to the life of every living organism.

At the heart of these ferments, Antoine Béchamp and other scientists have recently found an interaction with light. A physico-chemical dialogue was observed between the ferments and the photons of biological origin.

"Biophotons, new research, new perspectives":

Measuring biophotons: from soil to wine: are biophotonic values conserved? How can biophotonic values be preserved over time?

" The Fourth State of Water ": A few years ago, we were taught that water has three phases: solid, liquid, and vapor, but recently, a fourth phase has been discovered. We knew it was mysterious, we were aware of its memory since the discoveries of the French immunologist Jacques Benveniste, but it turns out to be much more than that...
