The Château de la Vieille Chapelle is an 11th-century Romanesque chapel, situated in the middle of a 22-hectare vineyard on the banks of the Dordogne River. The Château de la Vieille Chapelle is located in the commune of Lugon-et-l'Île-du-Carney, in the heart of the Gironde department.
Established since 2006, we live and work in this little corner of paradise, with a passion for the craft and a desire to produce ethical and delicious wines.
We welcome you to our guest rooms for part of the year, as well as to the Guinguette every summer from June to August. The communal dining tables are open every evening after the wine tasting, only from the beginning of June to the end of August.
This human and agricultural adventure is the culmination of a dream and a desire to share and work the land responsibly as a family. All the wines are organic and biodynamic.
And for your relaxation, the swimming pool is open from May to October.
